From the outside, the chalet presents itself as a modern interpretation of a traditional Tyrolean chalet - the heavily sunburnt old wood of the upper façade harmonizes perfectly with the large-format natural stone façades on the pool and garage level. The ornate design of the balcony railing is reminiscent of the treetops of the surrounding forests. The almost perfect symmetry of the building in an east-west direction reflects the linear layout of the property.
Access to the building is located on the entrance level, which can be reached either by elevator or via the staircase. Two outdoor parking spaces are available in front of the entrance.
The heart of this magnificent chalet is the almost 150 m² open-plan living and dining area under the impressive exposed roof truss. This area connects the open show kitchen with the adjoining service kitchen as well as the dining area and the cozy living lounge around the open fireplace.
